On January 19th, 2021 the BBC published an article titled ‘Migrant Caravan: Mexico Presses U.S. to Reform Immigration’. The 7,000 plus Guatemalan, Honduras migrant Caravan was halted at the Mexican border. The Mexican President encouraged the U.S. to fix the problem.
On January 20th 2021 Joe Biden and Kamala Harris were sworn in as the US President and Vice President of the United State of America.
On February 2nd 2021 Eight business days later President Joseph Biden Jr rescinded Executive Order 14010 President Donald J Trumps Border Policy in regards to the United States overrun southern border. Then President Biden put Vice President Kamala Harris in charge of solving the Root Causes of Migration from The Northern Triangle: Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador.
On July 21st 2024 three quarters of the way through an election year the Democratic Party pulled a switcheroo and exchanged the voter elected nominee President Joseph Biden Jr for their newly appointed back door nominee Vice President Kamala Harris. Since that day out of curiosity I have researched information about the alleged Border Czar to see if and understand how VP Kamala Harris had completed her task from 2021 and I find that she did complete her task…with a little help.

On April 14th of 2021 in the White House Briefing Report: Remarks by the Vice President at a Virtual Roundtable of Experts on the Northern Triangle VP Harris answers a question about her visiting the Border to solve the border problem which she counters with; ‘she has been asked to lead the issue of dealing with Root Causes just like President Biden did many years ago as Vice President.
This comment solidified my belief that we DO have to look BACK to the past before blindly stumbling into the Future. Researching this comment led me back to the August 28, 2014 Congressional Research Service: Unaccompanied Children from Central America: Foreign Policy Considerations
Report: 7-5700, R43702, and the White House Press release on the same date where President Obama blamed Congress for not fixing the Immigration problem. (SOUND FAMILIAR?)
The Northern Triangle Leaders in: El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras in September of 2014 Prepared a Report on a Regional Plan of the Alliance for Prosperity in the Northern Triangle: A Road Map The plan was a solution and wish list of how to solve the problem of the migration of the citizens from their countries entering into the U.S. Illegally instead of staying, working and living in their birth countries…
The Plan of the Alliance for Prosperity in the Northern Triangle Prepared by El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras in September of 2014, was presented according to a White House Fact Sheet dated March 3, 2015 at a meeting in Guatemala with Presidents of Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador with Vice President Biden and Luis Alberto Moreno President of the Inter-American Development Bank (headquartered in Washington DC) to push forward The Plan of the Alliance for Prosperity in the Northern Triangle.

This Fact Sheet led me back to VP Harris’s Five Pillar Solution to the Root Causes of the Northern Triangle posted on the WhiteHouse.gov website on July 29th 2021. These Five Pillars are very similar to the Five Bullet Point A thru E list of President Biden’s on Executive Order 14010 pg 8268 in the Federal Register/Vol. 86, No.23/Friday February 5, 2021 Presidential Documents. Only they were rearranged in a different order, and Harris’s version emphasizes diversity, equity, and inclusion. Also included in Executive Order 14010 pg 8270 President Biden’s revoking of Presidential Documents of President Trump’s Executive Order 13767.
Maybe I am oversimplifying things but from what I can see there was one item that stood out to me in the 2014 Northern Triangle report; they wanted a Natural Gas Pipeline. if they had Natural Gas from the U.S. it would lower costs from electric that their countries relied on in daily living. Bringing down those costs would help provide jobs and keep their people home. I don’t believe they have that pipeline yet. And their people certainly haven’t stayed home.

After reading this list I am confused.
When VP Harris in her campaign speech promises we are going to move forward if she is elected as President of the United States of America is she speaking about Citizens of the U.S. or the Northern Triangle Countries benefiting from Central America Forward?
As President would she spend her time fund raising to keep other illegal immigrants in their own countries such as: Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, Venezuela etc.?
And when VP Harris says if elected President she will go after the price gauging big businesses and the rich that don’t pay taxes; is she including anyone on this list from Central America Forward to go after?
And I ask YOU if you have paid higher prices these last three or four years when purchasing items or charged higher interest rates from any business or company on this list that is donating to Central America Forward?
If so…I wonder who is really paying for their donations to Central America Forward???
Who is moving Forward, them, they or us?
