Here's a rare picture of the author with his good friend Martin who captured the Solar Eclipse with a simple Canon Camera secured to an expensive amateur telescope with a solar filter.
I am the one in the throwback Minnesota Vikings jersey. I did almost no work except to transcribe pictures to the blog.
I thought Martin did at fantastic job, I think he had, like, 800 stills that turned into a 37 second video. Again, all I did was cut and paste.
I believe that intelligent life is rampant in our universe, it's just a matter of time before we find it.
