Rand Paul Can Shut the Hell Up

Updated: Jan 25

Rand Paul is at it again.

Last week, he announced his #NeverHaley movement. Rand Paul doesn't like Nikki Haley, thinks she's too much like Hillary Clinton. Now he can have his opinion, that's fair, but who DID he endorse? Well, no one.

We've seen this movie before.

Back in 2016, Libertarian icon Ron Paul famously endorsed....no one. He couldn't get over his son being washed out of the Republican Primaries.

Ron Paul didn't endorse Donald Trump.

Ron Paul didn't endorse Hillary Clinton.

But here's the important part, Ron, again a Libertarian icon, could have endorsed LIBERTARIAN Gary Johnson. He did not. Ron Paul also failed to endorse Jill Stein.

The 2016 Election would have been a perfect time for a third party to gain some steam as many voters voted against candidates, instead of for candidates.

Ron Paul refused to give that nudge to Johnson.

Rand Paul refused to run Libertarian and pledged his loyalty to the Republican Party.

Then in 2020, Ron Paul had largely left politics, he was 84. He liked Tulsi Gabbard, so did I. But guess what? SHE DIDN'T RUN. Rand Paul hemmed and hawed, then finally endorsed Populist Donald Trump. I have said this on dozens of occasions, Donald Trump is not a principled Conservative, he is a businessman. So in 2020, Rand Paul again didn't endorse, or run, Libertarian, he endorsed an Incumbent Republican.

As 2024 starts, the country finds itself in the same political morass, lots of candidates have flirted with third party runs, but only one finds themselves polling over 5% and that's independent Robert Kennedy Jr. Rand Paul is intrigued by Kennedy's run, but won't endorse him. So in a battle of Trump/Biden/Kennedy, Rand Paul is endorsing no one (yet), but is warning you that the worst candidate is Nikki Haley?

Let me digress briefly. When you think of Rand Paul, do you think of his leadership, or do you think of that weird incident where he got in a fight with his neighbor over lawn debris and he thought it was terrorism? Do you think of Paul's ideology, or do you think of that equally strange incident where he thought Richard Marx's Tweets caused terrorism?

Editor's Note: I am really pissed and almost did the entire article in caps. Let's cut to the chase.

Rand Paul, son of a Presidential Candidate, thinks Nikki Haley, born Nimarata Randhawa, daughter of Indian immigrants, is the closest thing to the establishment in America?

Not former President Trump.

Not current President Biden.

Not the nephew of former President Kennedy.

Nikki Haley?

No matter what any president SAYS they believe in, the last one to actually shrink the scope of government was Calvin Coolidge in 1924. You know who's an intricate member of the 2-party duopoly that Rand Paul despises? Rand Paul. Here's a personal message to the Senator from Beacon of Speech: "In your adult life, who was the last Libertarian that you voted for... THAT WASN'T YOUR DAD?"

Either run as a Libertarian, endorse a Libertarian, or admit you're just another Republican that grows government and increases the national debt.
