Ms. Foundation for Women's Vision Awards

Before yesterday, I had never even heard of the Ms. Foundation for Women.

Who are they? A bunch of left wing women celebrating other left wing women. Then they decided to give Meghan Markle an award in a unadulterated pub grab.

We do not like Meghan Markle at Beacon of Speech. Not. One. Bit.

So instead of talking about her for even one minute more, I started to think---

Hmmm, if I had a Beacon of Speech Women's Vision Awards, who would I nominate?

Sam Kerr - Kerr had amazing field VISION as she led Chelsea to the Women's FA Cup this past weekend.

Karen Gillian & Zoe Saldana- They were the leading ladies in the #1 movie of the weekend: Guardians of the Galaxy 3.

Jo Jorgensen - I still don't know why 2020 Libertarian Presidential Candidate Jo Jorgensen isn't celebrated in an era of "The Squad" (Terrible) and Marjorie Taylor Green (Horrible.)

(Trust me, I know why.)

Caroline Kitchener - She actually won a Pulitzer last week.

Dolly Parton - This is the lead single from her upcoming rock album. Yes, ROCK ALBUM!

Linda Yaccarino - Last week she was named Twitter's CEO-in-Waiting.

Martha Stewart - America's first self-made female billionaire was in the news this week for being the oldest woman on Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Cover at 81 years old. Inexplicably, CNN's Jealous Jill Filipovic took a run at her. Of course she did.

Angel Reese - At the other end of the age spectrum, 21 year old Angel Reese is also making her swimsuit debut in Sports Illustrated after leading her LSU Lady Tigers to the NCAA Women's Basketball National Championship. And yes, she is going to the White House next week.

You want to argue that I'm being absurd with my examples? Uh no, all the ladies above actually accomplished something in their lives. Not the EXECRABLE Meghan Markle. She is simply famous because she married a Prince 47th in line to the English Crown.

Then whined that her in-laws were mean.

Uh-oh, while I was writing this:

First initial reactions?

  1. I smell another sub-mediocre book coming about the trauma from Harry.

  2. Just a reminder, they can disappear at any time they want. They continually choose NOT to disappear.

  3. Last week, it was widely reported overseas that the Queen herself referred to Markle as "evil." The American Press mostly glossed over the quote.
