Am I happy Donald Trump won? Hell no, but I knew my candidate wasn't winning, I voted for Libertarian Chase Oliver. My angry missive about the 2-party duopoly will drop later today.
But do you know why I don't do this website alone? Because I am easily distracted by the herd. The other half of Beacon of Speech, Ted, went on the record this past Sunday and predicted a Donald Trump victory when no one else in the media was going on the record with such blasphemy.
From Sunday: "I think Donald Trump actually wins in a close race, he'll get a minimum of 274 Electoral Votes." - Ted
It is 5:45 in the morning, Eastern Standard Time, and media outlets are begrudgingly reporting what Ted predicted just 3 days ago.
Here's that screenshot:
Those states in Pink? They all lean Trump.
Trump is not only winning the electoral college, but winning the popular vote, something the media said he couldn't do. Not one pundit had Donald Trump winning the popular vote with over 50% of the ballots cast.
Listen, I still have a lot of writing to do, but I just want to point out that there's a lot of voices in America, not just the Corporate Media GroupThink that exists today.
Kudos to Ted for reading the tea leaves better than the professionals and thanks to the Constitution that grants me the right to be incorrect and grants Ted a voice.
