Last week, starting at the Daily Mail UK, the nation was fixated with the disappearance of Gabby Petito. As the Daily Mail went to wall to wall Petito coverage from multiple different angles, many mainstream media outlets picked up the story, including CNN, and by the end of the week I would argue that Gabby Petito's disappearance was the top news story in America.
Sadly Petito was found dead at the Spread Creek Campsite in Wyoming. Somehow, someway, despite Gabby Petito being white and possessing classic girl next door good looks, and her boyfriend, who seems to be the prime suspect in her murder, looking like the typical white, dopey loner down the street, CNN has turned the case into a study in race.
How could that be? Because, according to CNN:
"(Daniel Robinson's) Dad says that it is hurtful to see Petito's Case met with more urgency. He believes that if his son were white, police would be working harder to find him."
Then immediately to the right of the Robinson story, more grisly details of the Petito Case.
I sat on my story for 2 days. 2 short days after championing the Robinson story, CNN conveniently forgot about the Robinson disappearance and was back, all in, on the Petito Case.
So, in a nutshell, what CNN was saying was that all other media outlets in America shouldn't have been so focused on the Gabby Petito's Disappearance, but stay tuned for the latest on Gabby Petitio?
CNN seems to have real trouble with overarching journalistic integrity principals, so I'm going to help them out.
Dear CNN:
You can report on any missing persons cases in America that you want. No one is stopping you.
Don't get me wrong, CNN isn't the only media outlet that doesn't seem to own mirrors. The morons at The Blaze are going to be on the wrong side of history by opposing the Covid Vaccine.
In the Fall of 2020, Glenn Beck wrote an editorial warning that Black Lives Matter was evil and "waging spiritual warfare on America." Then, just this weekend, The Blaze reported that BLM Leaders Promise an "Uprising Against Racist Vaccine Mandates."
Hmmm.
If The Blaze thinks BLM is evil.
And BLM is against Vaccine Mandates.
And The Blaze is against Vaccine Mandates.
According to basic algebra, that makes The Blaze.....
Thanks folks, have a great night.
